Research Interests:

My research focuses on the effects of social networks, team dynamics, emotions, and recruitment in organizations. Current projects include social capital and the production of good ideas in organizational studies, the influence of social networks and work group membership fluidity on social loafing behavior, and internal transfers - a tale of human capital, social capital, and the manager as agent or steward.
